CNEAR Journey: Building the Future of Campus Placements with AI

CNEAR began its journey with the incorporation of Yoursthatsenior Private Limited, registered as an MSME with a clear mission: to improve student employability and career readiness across India. The focus was on building confidence, teaching resume skills, and preparing students for real-world hiring environments. This marked the foundation of what would later evolve into one of India’s emerging AI-powered placement and employability platforms.

CNEAR conducted its first placement readiness and soft skills webinar at Ambedkar College, Delhi University, marking its entry into university partnerships and student engagement at scale.

Under the guidance of academic leaders, CNEAR conducted its first advanced placement preparation session at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), helping students understand placement strategies and career pathways.

CNEAR launched its first student chapter, creating a community-driven ecosystem where students could learn, collaborate, and prepare for placements through peer learning, industry sessions, and structured mentorship.

CNEAR expanded from virtual to physical training programs by partnering with universities such as Manav Rachna University, providing hands-on training in front-end and back-end development.

CNEAR successfully trained students across multiple disciplines including BBA, B.Tech, and MBA, leading to placement outcomes including highest salary offers up to ₹12 LPA, demonstrating measurable impact.

CNEAR launched structured guest lecture programs connecting students with professionals working in Tier-1 companies, helping students learn directly from real industry experiences.

CNEAR introduced its first industry-aligned Digital Marketing Bootcamp, training students on high-demand skills including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads and Meta Ads Target. This marked CNEAR’s expansion into multidisciplinary career readiness programs beyond software development.
